Terms – Payment
The world-wide real estate portal “GLOBIMO” is a communication tool for the general public.
It is the property of the “ Euro-Mediterranean Chamber of Real Estate "
He is in the service of real estate agencies on five continents and in aid of the private clientele
These terms define the relationship between
Euro-Mediterranean Chamber of Real Estate
Hereafter referred to as “GLOBIMO”
And each of its subscribers,
Hereafter referred to as the “SUBSCRIBER”
“GLOBIMO” obligations:
“GLOBIMO” undertakes:
1°- to provide each subscriber with a website in the latter’s own or agency name, that can be updated via the “subscriber interface” and linked to the latter’s own website.
2°- to arrange automatic transfer to the relevant subscribers of the client datasheets of private buyers interested in the real estate properties advertised for sale. These datasheets come from potential buyers who fill in a form on any one of the Globimo network’s websites.
3°- to ensure the strictest confidentiality and to refrain from disclosing the contact details of its subscribers to any third party or to any other member of the network.
Potential buyers interested in any of the properties proposed on the Globimo network will be contacted directly by the subscriber advertising the property of interest.
SUBSCRIBER obligations:
By the simple act of subscribing to the Globimo network, the “SUBSCRIBER” undertakes:
a-
to pay Globimo the annual subscription fee within one month of the anniversary date of initial subscription;
b-
to inform Globimo of the progression of negotiations with referred buyers.
c-
to respect the code of ethics for real estate professionals in all dealings with Globimo, its clients and fellow subscribers, and to personally ensure compliance with the laws and legal rulings specific to the real estate profession in his country.
“GLOBIMO” reserves the right to exclude any subscriber in the event of breach of these rules.
The parties agree that any dispute arising from these and subsequent rules shall be brought before the court of jurisdiction of the country where is situated the real estate agency of the member
